Island work trip. ποΈ
A short 2-day assignment to train corporate clients on AI.
Years ago, I avoided work travel when my kids were small. Now, Iβm learning to enjoy this new season β airport lounge, island air, and meaningful work.
Physical training is also part of my regular routine, so I stay strong, energized, and fit enough to do the work I love.
AI training by day.
Fitness as foundation.

Sleep is not a luxury. It is recovery, repair, and readiness.
Last night: 9 hours 22 minutes of sleep.
Sleep score: 90.
A good workout starts long before we enter the gym. It starts with how well we allow our body to recover.
When we sleep well, we give our body the chance to:
β’ repair muscles
β’ regulate energy
β’ improve focus and mood
β’ support better food choices
β’ reduce stress
β’ perform better the next day
Many of us track our workouts, steps, calories, and weight. But sleep deserves the same attention.
Because fitness is not only about training harder. It is also about recovering smarter.
Tonight, try this simple sleep ritual:
Stop caffeine earlier.
Dim the lights.
Put the phone away.
Give yourself permission to rest.
Your body does not grow stronger only when you move.
It grows stronger when you recover.
