“Training For Medical Laboratory Professionals: Risk Management in Medical Laboratories (in compliance with ISO 15189 requirements)” equips participants with a comprehensive understanding of risk assessment concepts and strategies essential for risk management in laboratory environments. The course content incorporates guidelines from ISO 15189:2022 and ISO 22367:2020, focusing on the application of risk management principles in medical laboratories. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of risk analysis and the integration of risk identification processes into quality management systems.

The “Training For Medical Laboratory Professionals:
The Know-Hows of Measurement Uncertainty” is a
TWO (2) day face-to-face training course conducted with a
series of interactive lectures and group activity by our
expert trainer.
By attending this training course, participants will gain the
ability to master the concepts and handling of relevant basic
lab statistics, as well as to identify sources of error in the
clinical lab testing.
At the completion of this training course, participants will
be able to demonstrate and design templates for
calculating measurement uncertainty, and will appreciate
the technical and clinical importance of determining
measurement uncertainty.
