A valuable full day spent at Coach Albert’s Football Enhancement Forum. ⚽

Plenty of insightful discussions, fresh theoretical perspectives, formations, and practical realisations that challenged the way we think about the game. More importantly, it gave us the opportunity to understand one another better, exchange honest feedback, and align ourselves with the vision we share.

Football is not only about what happens on the pitch—it’s about growth, learning, friendship, and the brotherhood that keeps us moving forward together.

Last night’s weekday game was one of those sessions where everyone left with jelly legs and a big smile. Plenty of end-to-end action, brave attempts, hard challenges, goals flying in, and enough mistakes to keep the banter going all night long 😆.

The pace was good, the competition was real, but the atmosphere stayed positive from start to finish. Football is always better when it’s shared with good people, strong brotherhood, and plenty of respect.

We started with cool breezes and gentle sunshine, but before we knew it, the heat was in full force! Despite the scorching weather, the session was packed with ball control, shooting, accuracy drills, and plenty of learning moments.

Every training is a chance to improve, and everyone walked away a little better than they arrived. A warm welcome as well to the new faces who joined us today — great to have you on the pitch!

Lots of sweat, lots of smiles, and plenty of football. ❤️💪

Last night, we made the trip to Puchong to face Selva FC in a friendly match. From the opening whistle, We controlled much of the game, creating chances and maintaining a strong tempo throughout the night. The match eventually ended 7-0 in our favour.

Despite the scoreline, football remained competitive with several physical clashes, intense battles and committed challenges from both sides. That’s part of the game.

What stood out most came after the final whistle — handshakes, hugs and mutual respect between both teams. A reminder that beyond the tackles, goals and competition lies something bigger: friendship, brotherhood and a shared love for football.

A trip away from our usual turf brought us to the home of Abah FC — a solid, strong and powerful side that provided a proper test from start to finish.

With mild rain, a wet pitch and a fast-paced game, both teams battled through physical challenges, competitive moments and plenty of intensity. Despite our efforts, the score ended 3-5 in favour of the hosts.

As always, football is more than the result. Handshakes, hugs and laughter after the final whistle reflected the true spirit of the game — respect, brotherhood and friendships strengthened beyond the pitch.

Thanks to our opponent for the hospitality and competitive match. We take the lessons, keep improving, and move forward together.
