Who am I? Is personality types really matters?
Easy answer to those is YES !! In fact, there are a lot of personality types out there where you can take the test and understand yourself better such as DISC, Carl Jung, Myers and Briggs and more.
However, if I want to know a person quick, I usually use this personality method:
Controller, Promoter, Supporter and Analyst.
