It was a day of fulfillment.. the presentation of certificates, their hard earned promotion to their next respective level after a deserving high praise and honor Shimsa recently.
No one was left behind, all came in high spirit, healthy and resilient.
They covered the day's routines, movements with effort while staying on-trend.
The resident sabom, SBN Master Mercellinus Meran advised them
that they were now in a higher level and required concentration, greater effort and commitment and avoid being too careless and took the training for granted.
Meanwhile, SBN Master Raily Benedict gave a helping hand.

A great challenge by members of the Kpg Club attending training session every Saturday morning week in and week out.
It was a tremendous effort for the young members, keen and energetic, to maintain compliance and progression.
Udanja Kamaludin, resident Asst. Sabom, continued to guide and instruct the members to give effort in the fundamental disciplines as it was the 'backbone' of all advanced training.
Hyungs and hand to hand combat were also taken diligently.

Sunbae Christian, the sole survivor of Kpg. Ngromis Club, determined to finish what he has started a few years ago to qualify for his cho dan classing championship.
An excellent choice, a perfect set goal which would take him to higher level of the arts.
The resident sabom, SBN Master Raily Benedict has to guide him to
sharpen his basic disciplines, body reflexes, bridges physical limits with tactical problem-solving, and instills resilience.
As observed, he gave effort n commitment in all workouts and making good ground though leaving room for improvement.

A special day for the Club welcoming two martial arts friends namely KJN Lim Kiong Chai of Sibu Korean Tang Soo Do Union and SBN Master Lim Toh Sang of Lim Tang Soo Do Club Sarikie to a friendly get-together training session at the Club' s dojang at Dewan Society of the Blind at Jalan Ong Tiang Swee, Kuching.
The President of the Club, Master David Hollis and his board members, masters, udanja n Gup members welcomed them and together have had a great and favourable training session.
SBN Master David Chain, resident sabom started the training with a brief warm-up exercise and went on to deliver most of the significant
fundermental disciplines. With trust and courage, the members proceeded on to cover all the workouts with effort and sincerity.
SBN Master Gabriel Chai took the floor and spoke about il soo s*k dae ryn ( SDA concepts) .. He
emphasized and illustrated about its unique and application.
SBN Master Wilfred Jameson shared his knowledge on ho sin sul and spoke about its unique and correct application to achieve efficiency.
SBN Master Lim Toh Sang spoke about the right application of techniques of the basic hyungs and emphasized and illustrated sequences of techniques of pyung ahn hyungs for application of il soo s*k dae ryn.
All the members diligenly covered all the 8 diffedent types of breathing exercise conducted by KJN Lim Kiong Chai.
A group photo call closed the session.
Meanwhile, all were invited by the President of the Club, Master David Hollis to have supper at the Dayak Cuisine BBQ n Food at King Centre.

Whatever the number, training session went on at the Kpg Ngromis Bau Community Hall.
The lone ranger, the potential member motivating toward his cho dan classing championship looked sharp and robust. He gave nothing less than his utmost best in all the various workouts of the day.. leaving no stone unturned.
Ended exhausted he continued to show effort and in cheerful mood.
Master Raily Benedict, resident sabom had ensured that he ( the practitioner) maintained discipline, stayed aligned with his personal belief/goal and be ready for his cho dan classing in due course of time.

Week in and week out, rain or shine those few diehards came and couragely took the training with strength and sincerity.
They should have realised by now that seeking progression was not about maximum effort, but, it was about the right effort, applied consistently.. challenging the body just hard enough,. that was where result happened.
They put greater effort in the fundermental disciplines to develop better core physical attributes like balance, timing, and leverage, alongside mental focus.
Pads striking continued to take the central stage... there was fun and all enjoying and making good ground.
SBN Master David Chain , resident sabom conducted.
Kyosa Mike Ruang gave a helping hand. Udanja John Bujang in attendance.
Presentation of Gup certificate to Hubae Chavereen Bun Sut by Kyosa MIke Ruang closed the session.

In the absence of the resident sabom, SBN Master Raily Benedict took over and conducted today training session.
All the members attended..looking strong and in high spirit.
They gave nothing less than their utmost best covering the various workouts with effort and intensity.
All of them have done well in their recent Shimsa and now in a higher level, they were required to work harder to face new challenges..
With grit perseverance, encouragement and more hard work their journey toward their next respective level should be achievable.

They came, they struggled, they
conquered and took control of the dojang mastering all the difficult challenges... the fundermental disciplines, the hyungs and hand to hand combat.
A group of hard working members, having great potentials of achieving higher level of the arts, given times.
Udanja Kamaludin bin Hj. Japok, resident Asst. Sabom must be impressed of the members' positive attitude and thinking and he would definitely give his best to instruct and guide them to reach their full potential.
Meanwhile, SBN Master Gabriel Chai attended and gracefully helped to conduct this morning' s training session. He was reliable and dedicated and all the members should benefit from the privilege of his artistic capability and expertise."

It was always the hope of the resident sabom to expect his or her students attend training session regularly..to concentrate and have the desire to train beyond their limits to becoming a force to be reckoned with.
The usual number of members attended. The various workouts of the evening were taken with strength and integrity...
The majority were reflecting their personal development and knew that more had to be done toward it achieving their set goals. Hence, they were reminded that they were required to build an actionable strategy to stay motivated and track their milestones effectively.
The fundermental disciplines formed one of the vital importance in martial arts was intensively practised..it instilled discipline, respect, and physical fitness apart from timing, leverage, and perfect balance..
Hyungs, pads striking and hand to hand combat were also given times.
Comrade Papa Kadana attended with his 2 sons Aiden 8 and Aaron 5... the 2 boys had a good time with the adults.
Exhaustion was the end result though in high spirit at closing.
A brief Qi-gong ended the session.

To seek smooth progression in the arts required competency in attendance, concentration and hard work in the dojang..
The sabom guides and trains you, subsequently you have to focus and work with effort and commitment. You alone is responsible to work on and seek success.
The majority attended.
The fundermental disciplines was covered with great effort. It was relatively important that it was worked on with understanding.
Elbow.. horizontal, vertical , diagonal up and down were emphasized and diligently practised.
Power punching too was emphasized in great length...members were told by rotating the hips, engaging the strong muscle of the legs ( hamstrings/ hip flexors ) creating immense strength/power helped to transfer energy, force to their strikes.
Hand to hand combat was highlighted and practised also.
Master David Chain, resident sabom conducted. He advised the members to be more competent in attendance, committed in their workouts and to take personal drills at home.
Kyosa Mike Ruang gave a helping hand. Master David Hollis was in attendance.
A brief Qi- Gong closed the evening session.
