We share this video for those who want to learn on how to kitesurfing with us. This video will go through with you on how to self-launch a kite, a simple way to launch kite by yourself most of the time. This method is fast and relatively uncomplicated, much like launching a kite when someone is holding it for you.
It start by setting up the kite in a nice, clear area, prepare to move into the launch position, and steer the kite up into the air, all by ourselves!
We will go through:
- The steps for how to do a self-launch,
- 3 tips for self-launching this way
- A real-time example of how I self-launch this way so you can see how it happens in the real world (without all the explaining)
Self launching a kite is a great skill to have to become an independent kiter. Hope this video helps you get on the water more and sooner! Have fun!
