While the rumour mill was busy spinning, we were quietly making one of the hardest decisions in our history.

After countless sunsets, unforgettable nights, friendships forged over great food and drinks, and memories we’ll carry with us forever, SanTai House is officially leaving TREC.

Truthfully, this wasn’t an easy decision.

Sometimes growth demands something brutal from you. It asks you to walk away from a space where you poured in your heart, your energy, your sacrifices, and countless hours of hard work, not because you stopped believing in it, but because you believe even more in the vision ahead.

The truth?

It is always better to embrace the temporary pain of moving forward than to lose momentum by staying in a direction that no longer aligns with your purpose.

To everyone who has believed in us, supported us, and filled this House with life, YOU are the reason we refuse to settle.

The House Collection has never been defined by an address.

It’s defined by its people.

Because walls don’t make a House.

YOU do.
