好消息:看起来很好吃。
坏消息:没有肌肉。💀

同样的體重,不代表有一樣的身材,更不代表有一樣的健康。

肌肉越多,基礎代謝通常越高,力量、穩定性和日常活動能力也會更好。長期缺乏運動,肌肉量可能慢慢減少,脂肪比例則會上升。

與其一直追求體重數字,不如專注在增肌、減脂、改善身體組成。

The same body weight doesn’t always mean the same body composition or the same level of health.

More muscle generally means a higher resting metabolic rate, better strength, stability, and physical function. Without regular resistance training, muscle mass can gradually decrease while body fat percentage increases.

Instead of focusing only on the number on the scale, focus on building muscle, reducing body fat, and improving your body composition. 💪
