Javier Velazquez has spent over two decades dedicated to research on Mr Pilates and his work, and has also studied directly under several Pilates elders (Joseph Pilates’ students) including Romana Kryzanowska, Mathilde Klein, Mary Bowen and Sari Mejia. He also has over 40 years of experience practising the method.
