A group of 300 employees has been involved in a shipwreck in the Pacific Ocean while they’re on the way to Bora Bora Island.

The Tribal Chef, Mr Chikasha , said:
All of you will be need to survive at this island for 1 year to wait for the arrival of search & rescue team.

To ensure everyone can be survived at least 1 year, all of you will need to break into a group of 10 and each group will be given a tasks in order to build a gated community.

You will need to build a “Gated Community” consists of various bamboo gadgets with limited resources provided.

Each Groups are tasked with a specific projects such as watching tower, covered bath area, accommodation, Dining table & chairs, Trap etc…

While fun and engaging activities create memorable experiences, lasting team dynamics require something deeper — understanding people.

To understand your team, you must first understand yourself: your personality, communication style, strengths, and preferences. Only then can you better appreciate and work effectively with others.

Ready to build a car using PVC pipes?

Unlike typical construction activities where participants simply follow a blueprint, the PVC Car Challenge pushes teams to design and build their own vehicle from scratch. There is no fixed design, no perfect formula, and no "correct" answer.

Your team will need to combine creativity, practicality, and teamwork to create a PVC car that meets three key objectives:

✅ Fit one driver comfortably
✅ Successfully navigate an 8-shaped driving circuit with sharp turns
✅ Be durable enough to survive the entire race course

This challenge isn't about engineering expertise. It's about collaboration, innovation, decision-making, and achieving team consensus on what the car should look like and how it should perform.

As teams race against time to build their vehicles, expect plenty of debate, laughter, testing, redesigning, and problem-solving along the way.

And when all the cars finally hit the track...
