In mid-2026, VGO's Retail Management Team from across Malaysia gathered at our headquarters to complete an important training and strategic planning session in preparation for the Q3 & Q4 business sprint.

From 2024 to 2026, we have navigated an ever-changing market environment and the transformation of the retail industry. Throughout this journey, we have continuously learned, explored, adapted, improved, and transformed ourselves.

Every challenge became an opportunity for growth.
Every change made us more determined.
Every breakthrough made our team stronger and more mature.

After three years of continuous effort, we have successfully established VGO's own long-term business operating model, creating a stronger foundation for sustainable growth in the years ahead.

This training was not only about strengthening our capabilities in sales, operations, and management. More importantly, it was about aligning our goals, culture, and ex*****on, empowering every manager to lead by example and prepare their teams for greater opportunities and challenges.
