From 1 November 2026 onwards

We have extended the Early Bird registration period to 31 August 2026 to give international competitors—especially those travelling long distances—more time to plan their journey, arrange flights and accommodation, and secure funding where necessary. We hope this provides greater flexibility and encourages more archers from around the world to join us in Kuala Lumpur.

Be an Archer Today.

Discover the art of traditional archery with Eureka Archery. Our structured training programme is suitable for beginners and experienced archers aged 5 and above.

Train under Coach Anuar Matsaat – Certified Level 2 Traditional Archery Coach, International Judge for Historical Archery, and HDH-IAA Ambassador for Historical Archery in Southeast Asia.

Our programme develops strong fundamentals and provides a pathway for archers who aspire to compete at the World Historical Archery Championships.

Join Eureka Archery’s Weekend Archery Classes and learn the art of historical archery from experienced coach Anuar Matsaat. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone looking to improve your skills, our classes provide a welcoming environment for archers of all levels.

Monthly Class: RM200
(Once a week, up to 4 sessions per month)

Walk-in Class: RM60 per session

All equipment is provided. Simply come with comfortable clothing and a willingness to learn.

ASEAN Participation Grant Programme

To strengthen regional participation and celebrate ASEAN solidarity, HDH Archery Malaysia is introducing 210 ASEAN Participation Grants

110 National Association Grants
(10 grants reserved for each HDH-IAA affiliated National Association or officially recognised national representative body in the 11 ASEAN member states.)

100 Open ASEAN Grants
Available on a first-come, first-served basis for eligible ASEAN participants.

Successful applicants under the grant programme will only be required to pay the standard €99 HDH-IAA registration deposit.

Historical Archery Unites ASEAN

Alhamdulillah, our first natural arrow making workshop with where archers learns about :

Natural Arrows

This hands-on workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of traditional arrow making. Students will learn key concepts including Archer’s Paradox, arrow spine, weight, length, and shaft selection. Through guided practical sessions, participants will prepare shafts, install points, nocks, and fletching, and assemble a complete set of natural arrows using traditional techniques. The workshop also covers basic spine testing, arrow tuning, troubleshooting, and safe shooting practices. By the end of the programme, each participant will receive a dozen handcrafted natural arrows and a Certificate of Participation, while gaining the knowledge and confidence to build and evaluate their own arrows.
