When Jason first came to Joshua, he had one clear goal in mind—to step on stage and compete.
For the past six months, he has fully committed to the process. Balancing a demanding career as a lawyer while preparing for competition wasn’t easy, but he never let his profession become an excuse.
Throughout his prep, Joshua guided him with a personalised training program, regular diet adjustments, and posing sessions to keep him progressing every step of the way. Contest prep isn’t just about training—it’s about having the right plan, making the right adjustments, and staying consistent until show day.
