This block, we are incorporating this movement into our lower body strengthening program. If you struggle to get your form right, here are some tips for you ๐
The L-sit is a great in core exercise. With the right form, not only do you work on your abdominal strength, but also your hips and quads as you develop the strength to fully extend and lift both legs up in the air.
