📋 Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle enquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Operations: Manage student registration and class scheduling.
Documentation: Maintain student records and files.
Support: Perform general administrative duties and provide excellent customer service.
⚙️ Requirements:
Basic computer and office skills (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.)
Good communication skills in Mandarin & English
Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
Prior experience in admin or customer service is an advantage
