Few years ago, after my graduate from school
who already know what i am doing next, who have it all mapped out, but don't be so sure, because life is unpredictable
life is famous for throwing curve balls, when you least expect them
I never knew i will into yoga since i started work at fitness industry
Until I realize something what I really need it
Yoga show me how to handle every situation even better, let go of the thing that no longer serve me

There is a cost
Being the healthy person you know
