Garagas Championship Is Now At Hand And The Boys Have Taken Center Stage For The Last Phase of Training

As the alarm for fight night draws closer the training has shifted beyond daily routine. We are now moving into top tier level preparation. Precision. Strategy. Mental strength.

Today the coaches have dived into another angle to secure every possible advantage for victory. The focus is no longer just on fitness but on fight IQ ex*****on and composure under pressure.

According to the boys they are walking into this championship with full belief. Their words are clear. One of them and maybe more shall stand as champions at the end.

The next 3 days will be the final sharpening. We are likely to see the progress rise higher as they chase every detail that takes them to the trophy.

Learning Knows No Season And No Single Route

Our boys today went for a diversified training exposure that went far beyond the gym walls.

They were engaged in a couple of handwork, mindwork, and physiological challenges that tested their discipline, focus, and adaptability.
From cooking Stir Fry Mee Mamak under Chef Darien to learning how to reconnect a snapped buggy cable and replace bald tyres. Got to understand the purpose of a Break Glass Call Point and operating a fire hydrant with confidence and control.

It was very noticeable and we deeply appreciate the work done by the coaches and the hosts who opened their doors to our youth.
Honestly there are some skills and work ethic which cannot be taught even in the highest education. Our youth have that privilege to learn it here with Discover Muaythai.

We shall do this in our lifetime perpetually.

Yesterday in Sabah the gloves came on and the focus went up, kickboxing sparring for Batch 14. This is preparation for Garagas Championship in Keningau.

When the coach decided to take matters into the ring we answered. Right now in Sabah the mindset of champions is growing in the thoughts and curiosity of our athletes.
