Export is not a plane ticket. It is a system that works in a market you are not standing in.

Singapore is the test of that claim, and I am not there. If the 4-Slot framework needs me in the room to function, it is not a framework. It is a performance.

The framework travelled long before I did.

Logistics and furniture manufacturing have nothing in common.

I have trained both, 6 months apart. Different products, different countries, different regulators, different everything.

The bottleneck was the same. A weekly cycle consuming days to produce information the team already suspected was true.

Every industry believes its problems are specific to it. In my experience the constraint is almost always the same shape.

That is why the method transfers.

The advantage is not knowing about AI. Almost everybody does now.

There is an enormous gap between people who can discuss this competently and people who have systems in production. The first group is crowded. The second is still surprisingly empty.

Every month that gap gets more expensive to cross. 12 months from now it will be a chasm.

Reading about it is not a head start.

I walked away from a deal this year that I could have delivered.

The output is comparable. The input is not.
