Great session with the SoHikers for the deuter workshop! 🎒🌿

Walked the group through the core mechanics of a proper backpack setup, breaking down the key differences between hiking and trekking packs, adjusting the back system, and nailing the right torso length. Lots of good questions, great energy, and genuine enthusiasm that made the session really engaging.

A huge thank you to Pui San for stopping by to share her firsthand experience and valuable insights from doing EBC! 🏔️✨

Looking forward to seeing how these gear tips help on the trails ahead.

We were honored to support the BERNAMA team on their historic HAWANA 2026 expedition to the summit of Mount Kinabalu. We are proud that our equipment were part of their journey. Congratulations to the entire team on this remarkable achievement!

Had our first proper sit-down with Vernon's Team this week and EBC 2026 is getting very real.

They went through the full gear breakdown for the expedition. What to carry, how to layer for the cold, staying hydrated, and the small stuff that people overlook.

Long way to go but the team is already asking the right questions. That's always a good sign.

A Special Visit from Malaysia's Everest Conqueror! 🏔️🇲🇾

We were honoured to welcome En. Khafiz Al Kicok, one of Malaysia's latest Everest summiteers, to UFL today.

During his visit, Khafiz shared his inspiring journey, challenges, and experiences from his successful ascent of Mount Everest with our Managing Director, Dato' Radhakrishnan, and the UFL team. We are especially proud that the deuter backpack used during his Everest expedition was sponsored by UFL, supporting him on this remarkable achievement.

Dato' Radhakrishnan extended his heartfelt congratulations to Khafiz for this extraordinary accomplishment. UFL will continue to support Khafiz in his future endeavours as he pursues even greater milestones in the years ahead.

Khafiz is now setting his sights even higher, with plans to conquer the remaining major peaks over the next two years. We wish him every success as he continues to push boundaries and inspire Malaysians through his determination and resilience.
