But for sure, the HR team of these 16 companies can be abolished. There is no different of having you all for not able to detect such fraud.

在社交媒体失踪了一段时期，回来又是上课的时间点了。

今天的分享纯粹有感而发，并不是为了在上课为团队争取分数夺冠而做此动作。

何为“薪酬”？
薪：指薪水，所有可以用现金，物质来衡量的个人回报
酬：报酬，报答，酬谢，是一种着眼于精神层面的酬劳
主要有激励的功能

往往很多公司觉得有给了薪水，员工就应该卖命的为老板工作，为公司付出。问题是：你给薪水，其他老板没有给吗？为何这个员工要帮你干？

在课程里面，为了成为班上第一名，就得获得分数最高分，而其中一项可以获高分得就是在面书分享，只要团队有 5 个人分享即得 2000 分，然后再扣除每个没有分享的 200 分。在晚上我们的团队就有 5 个人分享了，助教就在群里 tag 我和我的 partner 提醒我们分享。说真的，当时的想法就是，没有意愿。

一个人之所以有动力是因为他要追求快乐或避免痛苦。我没有意愿是因为设计这个分数机制的并没有把追求快乐或避免痛苦的概念放在里面。一来，看了一天上课后终结所有团队的分数，我的团队是泛泛之辈而已，怎样拼下去都没有任何机率拿下第一。其二，拿最后一名又如何，毫无惩罚机制。不像另一个课程，最后一名的组长会被惩罚深蹲，这样我还可能有个怜悯之心不要让组长受罚而努力不让团队得最后一名。
