Total CASH 💰 prizes of RM9000 were given away!

This is the first time the tournament is held at the newly renovated Ridge course and the players 🇲🇾 🇸🇬 🇰🇷 🇯🇵 🇨🇳 🇺🇸 seemed to relish the challenge, posting very good scores despite playing the entire round 1 in constant rain 🌧️ conditions on Saturday. 6 boys and 2 girls scored par or better over the 3-rounds WAGR competition.

In the Girls Division, Jane Sim 🇰🇷 won the Champions 🏆 trophy, with Mavis Chua 🇲🇾 second and Jiyeon Lee 🇰🇷 third. The top 3 were separated by only 4 strokes.

In the Boys overall standings, Maverick Chua 🇲🇾 emerged the winner🥇, with Ethan Lim 🇸🇬 second and Brandon Han 🇸🇬 third. The top 6 players were separated by only 5 strokes.

Congratulations to the other Division trophies 🏆 winners, Dylan Chua 🇸🇬, Kenshi Yada 🇯🇵, Rico Ang 🇸🇬, Ammar Aiman 🇲🇾, Ammer Aiman 🇲🇾 and Nazran Shahrizan 🇲🇾!

This World Amateur Golf Rankings WAGR Counting Event, along with Junior Golf Scoreboard JGS points as well, is the 1st of many events to come in 2026!

After 3 rounds of golf totaling 54holes played over 2 days on 28-29 March 2026, amidst a very stacked leaderboard, here are your Division Winners🥇 :

A Girls: Daul Kim 🇰🇷
B Girls: Jiyeon Lee 🇰🇷
A+ Boys: Ng Wei Jun 🇸🇬
A Boys: Ahn Seunghyun 🇰🇷
B Boys: Maru Choi 🇰🇷
C Boys: Ng Zhen Ting 🇲🇾

In the narrowest of margins in both the Girls and Boys overall standings, Jiyeon Lee 🇰🇷 and Maru Choi 🇰🇷 emerged the Girls and Boys Overall Champions respectively.
For their efforts, Jiyeon and Maru also won RM2000 CASH 💸 for themselves each.
A total of RM8300 CASH 💰 prizes were on offer to the TOP 6 Girls and TOP 6 Boys in the overall standings.

Also, Jiyeon Lee 🇰🇷 with get her WAGR started with her Girls overall win and will be ranked from this Wednesday, 1 April 2026.

NJDP Elite players are set to represent Malaysia at the CWJPGA 2025 Junior Golf Carnival – Year-End International Championship & WAGR Points Tournament.

The players earned their special invitation after clinching victory at the Batam International Championship last month, proving their quality and regional competitiveness.

We were also very privileged to have Coach Steven Giuliano, one of only 5-7 AimPoint Level 4 coaches in the world 🌎, join us at this camp in Malaysia 🇲🇾. Participants were taught basic and advanced AimPoint Putting techniques.

College Coaches interacted with players and parents over 5 very fruitful days. Sharing the college golf pathways and recruiting processes. The coaches also shared what they are looking for in a player wanting to join their golf teams.
