A huge congratulations to Melody, Charis, Yu Teng and Rochelle for representing Sabah and completing their grading routines at the MGF National Grading and Competition 2026 held in Ipoh from 9th–13th April 2026. Your courage, discipline, and determination to step onto a national-level stage are already achievements to be proud of. ✨

A heartfelt thank you to Gimnastik Negeri Sabah (PGNS) for the opportunity and support in allowing our gymnasts to experience a high-level competition environment. Exposure and experience like this are truly important for the growth, confidence, and development of every athlete.

Thank you as well to our gymnasts, all parents and Coach Amanda for the continuous effort, commitment, and support throughout the journey. Proud of every step taken and looking forward to achieving even more together 💜
