We are a Kendo club based in Kota Kinabalu, aiming to promote Kendo to the community.

A huge milestone today as our little brother gets his first Bogu! This is where the real journey begins.

Some might think our nightly grind is "boring," but they don’t see the fire under the armor🔥. Every night we spend in this hall is an investment in our character.~

Kendo teaches us that if you never give up, nothing in life can beat you.
We’re building more than just skill; we’re building a version of ourselves 💪🏻that life can’t knock down. We don’t do "quit."

We spent almost an hour just practicing Okuri-ashi (footwork) today.

Sounds tedious, right?
But there’s a real sense of fulfillment in feeling your own improvement.
You need strong determination to stick with it, but it’s the only way to build a solid Kendo foundation.

Footwork is, and always will be, the heart of the basics.
