Anyone up for academy?

Marlins basketball academy's objectives are to improve basic game skills, shooting, dribbling, rebounding and passing, improve offensive and defensive positional play, improve overall fitness, offer continual coaching during instructional and game situations, learn basic strategies and rules of basketball, emphasize teamwork and fair play and to learn more about basketball while enjoying the game.

Our goal is to improve the level of play of each participant and provide them with a rewarding and fun experience while learning the fundamentals of basketball and making new friends.

We will focus on individual, small group and team workouts. Classes will be 2 hours in duration including warm up and cool down. Workouts will be designed for each individual and teams ability level. The focus is to assist student athletes obtain the skill set they need to play at the highest level. In addition a strong focus on self awareness and self confidence that generalizes throughout the student athletes daily life.
