We train every week, but every now and then, we step onto the pitch and test ourselves in leagues and competitive matches. Because football is all about balance. The training ground is where we sharpen our technique, build fitness and learn the game, while match day is where we put it all into action. 💪⚽

Every match gives our players valuable minutes, real-game experience, tactical awareness and the chance to discover their strengths while working on their weaknesses. Train hard, play smart, learn from every game and keep improving📈🔥

And remember, performance doesn’t start at kick-off. Eat right, hydrate well, sleep well and recover properly. Take care of the body off the pitch so you can give your best when you step onto it.

Last weekend was all about our friendly matches, and every single player left it all on the pitch🔥⚽

After countless hours on the training ground, it was finally time to put everything into action on match day. Every pass, every tackle, every run, and every goal was another step forward.

These matches showed us where our strengths lie and highlighted the areas we need to improve. The journey doesn’t stop here. We go back to the training ground, work even harder, and come back stronger.

7/2/26 was the first Ortan football training at Ortan Johor Bahru!⚽🔥 We officially kicked off the passion for football down south, bringing Ortan FC’s elite training culture to Johor Bahru and opening the door to even more states like Pahang, Penang, Perak, and Kelantan in the future!

This marks a massive step for Ortan’s grassroots network across Malaysia, giving more young players the chance to grow through structured training and competitive play.
