这次《SUS 老鸟访谈室》请来两位设计圈「老鸟」：

👨🏻‍💻 Mask Liow
UI/UX → Sales → Animation → Leader → 创业
设计师的技能树，直接点到隐藏职业。

👩🏻‍💻 Tessy
19岁入行 → Designer → Leader → Art Director → Creative Operations
一路升级，最后发现 Boss Battle 是：人。

这次我们聊的是：
💥 什么才叫真正的好设计？
🤖 AI越来越强，设计师还剩什么？
🧠 美感、判断力、独立性，哪个更重要？
🎓 如果回到学生时代，你会不会想重来一次？

其中一句真的很值得记下来：
「可以努力，但是不要白费了努力。」

因为有时候不是你不够努力，
而是你努力得很认真，方向却错了。🙂‍↕️

所以，设计这条路没有标准答案。
有人一路升职，有人跨界，有人创业，
也有人下班后终于去做自己喜欢的事。

毕竟：
OT 不一定只是 OVERTIME，
也可以是「终于有时间做自己喜欢的事」。🧗🏻‍♂️
