Renew the pipe. Not the road.
Ageing pipelines don’t always need to be replaced.
With the right inspection, assessment and trenchless rehabilitation approach, existing infrastructure can be given a new lease of life — while reducing excavation, disruption and impact on surrounding areas.
At AL PINE, we believe the first step is always to inspect, understand and assess the actual condition of the asset before deciding on the right solution.
From CCTV inspection to pipe rehabilitation and UV-CIPP solutions, we are working towards smarter, more sustainable infrastructure management.
Inspect. Assess. Assure.

The Right Solution Starts with the Right Assessment.
Not every pipeline defect needs to be replaced.
The most cost-effective rehabilitation begins with understanding the actual condition of the asset. Through detailed CCTV inspections and condition assessments, infrastructure owners can make informed decisions that extend asset life, minimise disruption, and optimise maintenance budgets.
Some of the common pipeline defects we encounter include:
✔️ Root Intrusion
✔️ Cracks
✔️ Joint Displacement
✔️ Sediment Build-up
✔️ Corrosion
At AL PINE Utility Services, our approach goes beyond identifying defects. We help clients determine the most appropriate rehabilitation strategy through a systematic process:
🔹 Inspection
🔹 Assessment
🔹 Recommendation
🔹 Verification
🔹 Rehabilitation
Because successful rehabilitation isn’t about replacing everything—it’s about making the right decision based on accurate inspection data.
