Looking back at the morning, what stayed with us most were the little moments in between — the conversations, the curiosity, and seeing everyone giving themselves permission to slow down.

When creating this event, our intention was never to fill the morning with activities for the sake of doing more. We wanted to bring together experiences that felt thoughtful — moments of movement, care, and awareness that could become a gentle reminder to pause and reconnect with ourselves.

That’s why we were intentional with every collaborator we invited into this space. Thank you to .my .my for bringing so much care into the experience, making wellness feel approachable, thoughtful, and personal.

And a special thank you to .pg for being such a beautiful part of this experience. The warmth of the space, the calm atmosphere, and the thoughtful details created the perfect setting for everyone to slow down, settle in, and be fully present. It truly felt like an extension of everything we hoped this morning would be.
