Yesterday, we welcomed Shine Water Polo Club (China) and the Perak Team for a fun and meaningful water polo sparring and training session.

Beyond the competition, it was a great opportunity to share experiences, learn from one another, and build friendships through sport. These moments remind us that growth happens when we train together.

The truth is, children adapt to water temperature much faster when they're actively moving and learning.

Swimming in slightly cooler water isn't about making lessons harder, it's about helping young swimmers build confidence and become comfortable in different water conditions, all while staying active and safe.

Every child is different, which is why our coaches closely monitor each swimmer throughout the lesson to ensure they're comfortable, engaged, and having a positive experience. ๐Ÿ’™
