Today, we celebrate 4 incredible years of serving the people of Penang with our hearts, our vision, and our commitment to making fitness and wellness accessible to everyone.

What started as a dream has grown into a movement of inclusivity, empowerment, and community. We are humbled to be recognized as Penang’s first Neurodivergent-Friendly 24-Hour Fitness Facility and the first Autism-Friendly Café owners, breaking barriers and creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed, respected, and valued.

This journey would never have been possible without the unwavering support of our members, families, partners, team members, sponsors, and friends who believed in our vision from day one. Every workout, every smile, every success story, and every life touched has inspired us to keep moving forward.
