You are ruining your meal prep with overcooked eggs.

Stop boiling them until the yolk turns gray.
If you're busy, you need systems that taste good so you actually stick to your nutrition.

这里是保证每次都不翻车的 Japanese Onsen Egg 完美半熟蛋 checklist:

1. 水完全烧开 (Bring to a rolling boil): 常温蛋煮 5.5 分钟,冷藏蛋煮 6 分钟 (Room temp ➡️ 5.5 mins / Refrigerated ➡️ 6 mins).

2. 捞出马上丢进冰水 (Ice bath immediately): 泡足 5 分钟,剥壳轻松不粘壳 (5 mins makes peeling effortless).

3. 放入 Container (Full submergence): 想要浓郁重口味倒 100ml 纯 Tsuyu 酱油;想要刚好清爽倒 50ml Tsuyu + 50ml 水。

4. 精准控制时间 (Time limit): 最多浸泡 12 小时一定要捞出,确保蛋黄维持在 50% Jammy 状态。

只要参数和执行到位,结果就不会差。

I've been coaching for years. I run two gyms. And I still got up before sunrise to sit in a room and learn.

Spent the day at Pre-Script Intensive with Dr. Jordan Shallow, 20,000 sqft, a room full of gym owners who run bigger operations than mine, all there for the same reason: to unlearn something.

The one idea that stuck: position dictates function.
