Straight up looking like a season premier of a tv series on Netflix. ๐คฃ I love it.
Parents hear the word โcreatineโ and immediately think:
Steroids.
Kidney damage.
Dangerous supplements.
But creatine isnโt a steroid.
Your body already produces it naturally, and you get it from foods like beef, fish, pork, and chicken.
Does that mean every child should take it?
No.
Food first.
Sleep first.
Hydration first.
Training first.
Then, if appropriate, supplements.
As a coach, Iโm far more concerned about the teenager sleeping 5 hours a night, living on fast food, and drinking energy drinks than I am about a scoop of creatine.
Fear is easy.
Understanding takes a little more work.

People keep asking whether AI will replace coaches.
I think that depends on what you think coaching is.
If coaching is just writing a program, then yes - AI can already do a lot of that.
And to be honest, that part was never the deepest part of the job anyway.
The real value of coaching is not in listing exercises.
It is in judgement.
Knowing what to change.
What to keep.
What to simplify.
What to push.
What to hold back.
What the athlete is actually ready for.
What the rep is saying.
What the body is saying.
What the pattern is telling you.
That is why good coaching still matters.
A good coach does not just deliver information.
A good coach interprets, teaches, corrects, and sharpens the person over time.
AI is useful.
But useful is not the same thing as irreplaceable.
Good coaching still is.

A lot of nutrition coaching is built around control.
Control the calories.
Control the meal timing.
Control the choices.
Control the environment.
Control the client.
And in the short term, yes, that can work.
But control is not the same thing as competence.
Thatโs the issue.
A person can follow a plan for 8 weeks and still not know:
* how to eat at a restaurant
* how to adjust after a social weekend
* how to deal with hunger
* how to think about calories across a week
* how to recover from imperfection without spiralling
To me, that matters.
Because Iโm not interested in building a client who is only successful when life is quiet and everything is measured.
Iโm interested in building someone who can think.
Someone who understands what matters.
Someone who doesnโt panic over one meal.
Someone who can make good decisions without needing constant hand-holding.
That is what good coaching should do.
Not create dependence.
Create capability.
I had my Mupasa moment ๐ฆ ๐ต๐ญ
