Under the leadership of josephdolcetti , Founder of LILA® , Lim Ming Hong and a group of recruited elite athletes underwent a series of performance assessments to better understand their physical capabilities, identify their limits, and uncover areas for further development.
Through structured testing and data analysis, Coach Jo and the Lila Sport team are building a clearer picture of each athlete’s performance, turning insights into more focused development and better preparation for what comes next.

Today wasn’t just about badminton. It was about seeing another side of life, appreciating every opportunity, and understanding that being able to train, compete, and chase our dreams is already a privilege.
I am rich because I get to do the sport I love.
I am rich because coaching is more than my profession—it’s my purpose. Watching my players and the people I care about grow, both on and off the court, is the greatest reward I could ever ask for.
I am rich because I still have love to give, stories to share, and the chance to inspire others.
