A good yoga teacher doesn’t rush to correct. They pause, observe, and understand.
Every body is different. What looks “misaligned” may reflect a student’s anatomy, proportions, mobility, or previous injuries. Before adjusting, ask: Is it unsafe, or simply different from how the pose looks in my body?
At Kaya Yoga you learn to teach the person, not just the pose.
Through anatomy, mindful observation, and hands-on teaching practice, you develop the confidence to guide every student safely and compassionately.
Because great teaching isn’t about making every body look the same. It’s about helping each student find the version that works for them.
