Dad - I still don’t have the words and probably never will, so I’ll borrow them from someone else.
“Birth and death are only a game of hide-and-seek. So smile to me and take my hand and wave good-bye. Tomorrow we shall meet again or even before. We shall always be meeting again at the true source. Always meeting again on the myriad paths of life.”
Until then, we’ll play hide and seek. I’ll look for you in every Springsteen song, every game the Mighty Cats play, and every story and memory we share - unchanged + eternal.

This photo dump does no justice to the amount of dessert I ate over the weekend in lieu of chocolate eggs ‘cos apparently Cadbury’s crunchie bunnies are yet to reach Mexican shores.
Swipe to pic no. 4 for the simultaneous highlight and lowlight of the weekend (and shout out to .zischke for her emotional support in the moment).
What was your Easter weekend highlight?

‘Cos if you’re stuck in a scroll-hole, you may as well be laughing (instead of, ya know, comparing your life/body/job/relationship etc to those of strangers on the internet).
Nothing further.

Cleansing your feed with these nature pics but *also* I am:
🌺 lowering your cortisol
🌼 restoring your attention
🌷 improving your mood
🌻 reducing your anxiety
🌸 allowing you to relax a bit
You’re welcome - you deserved it.
Science and studies confirm that you don’t even have to be in nature to reap its mental health benefits (although if you can be, get the hell outside!).
Just *looking at nature* is enough to do all of the above.
Save this for next time you need a lil salve for your soul but can’t get outside.
Pssst…there’s a cute lil surprise on the last slide for you 🤭

Leaving this here so you remember to either head to my Substack OR drop your deets at my link in bio to get your little mitts (or rather, eyes 👀) on my fortnightly newsletter (for lack of a better word).
In reality it’s WaY cooler than a regular newsletter ‘cos it’s stuff that will actually help you in your day to day life - have a squizz and swipe through the carousel above!

T-minus one week til Spring in Mexico City but *spiritually* spring has sprung:
💐 the bougainvillea is popping
🪻 the jacarandas are back
🌷 the sky is blue
🌻 the days are warm + I’ve been spending them doing the stuff I love the most, with the people I love the most (with the exception of the ones in the southern hemisphere!)
Who’s excited for spring?!

If you know, are, or care about a woman - read this ⬆️ ⬇️
I’ve recently become obsessed with the podcast (not *just* because I have my own dogfish story which I’ll tell another time!) and am currently inhaling the entire back catalogue.
Yesterday I listened to an episode (‘The Art School Stalker’) which struck a deeeeep nerve ‘cos any woman that listens to this episode will relate to the following sentiment:
“I felt really uncomfortable around him but he hadn’t actually done anything wrong, so I told myself I was overreacting.”
Raise your hand if you are a woman who has been in an uncomfortable situation with a man who, for no particular reason, gave you the heebie jeebies?
Keep your hand up if you stayed in that situation ‘cos you didn’t want to be rude, you felt like you were overrreacting, and you didn’t want to make him uncomfortable (GOD FORBID)?
I’ve done this about one million times and so has *every single woman I know*.
This podcast episode is mandatory listening, as is Gavin de Becker’s book ‘The Gift of Fear’ which is about the same thing - trusting your intuition (or your femtuition IYKYK) ‘cos it’s your greatest safety signal.
Trust me on this one 😮💨

I promise this isn’t going in a full-on Armie Hammer direction…
But also, kind of yes?! But it will make sense.
Anyway the point is - Bad Bunny was right when he urged us, during his half time show, to never stop believing in ourselves.
The rest of the pep-talk you didn’t know you needed (weaved through a tale of ayahuasca + heartbreak) is in my latest substack - you can find it in my substack highlight 🫶

Your breath is giving you clues all day long about your stress, your overwhelm, and your capacity.
Most of us were never taught how to listen to it or how to work *with* it instead of fighting *against* it.
If this carousel hit a nerve (or a lung?!), somatic coaching is where we reconnect your breath with safety, support, and ease.
