Turtle love.

Today at the office: an already incredible dive in Akumal — three nurse sharks, half a dozen turtles, and plenty of colourful reef life — was crowned by something unforgettable: a whole pod of wild dolphins! Mums, calves, and countless others followed our boat on the way back to shore. We jumped in, and they stayed, swimming all around us. A once-in-a-lifetime gift from nature for us lucky divers.

Este nido pertenece a la especie tortuga caguama (Caretta caretta), una visitante emblemática de nuestras costas.

We want to inform you that the first sea turtle nest of the 2025 nesting season has been recorded, located on Playa Tortugas, Akumal.
This nest belongs to the loggerhead sea turtle (Caretta caretta), an emblematic visitor to our coasts.

We remind you that Akumal beaches are the natural home of these incredible species, so it is essential to follow the signs and respect the protected areas.
