📢 NCHE Announces Appointment of New Chief Executive Officer

The National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Ignacio Malizani Jimu as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 June 2026.

Dr Jimu brings over 25 years of progressive experience in higher education, having served in various academic, leadership, and quality assurance roles. His wealth of knowledge and experience will be instrumental in advancing NCHE's mandate of promoting quality, accessible, relevant and inclusive higher education in Malawi.
