Officially it was 22km, 17km and 13kms, but others like Chikumbutso Nkhata had to go up to 31kms.

After a run we all gather for some refreshments. In a spirit of care and servant leadership our VC Mbwii Mbwii labours to bring some water and bananas to his members.

From the thickness of darkness to sunrise! BJC Family did it- the usual midweek loop with fulfillment.
