The BODY BUILDING FEDERATION OF MALDIVES [BBFM] was founded in 1995.
The BBFM is recognized by National Olympic committee and the National Sports Council and is affiliated with WBPF, ABBF and SABBF. BBFM is supported by lots of youngsters around Maldives, who wants to be healthy and fit through exercise, and supports bodybuilding and fitness as the ideal anti-aging lifestyle. It was a fruitful meeting with Minister of youth and sports. we had discussion of development of Bodybuilding and requested for training facilities for Bodybuilders. We are very hopeful that Bodybuilders will get more opportunities.
