Running more isn’t always the same as preparing better.
Your training should reflect your goal, the distance, the terrain and the areas your body needs to strengthen.

You rarely think about getting off the floor, climbing stairs, reaching, bending or catching your balance — until it starts getting harder.
Mobility, flexibility and balance aren’t only useful during training. They help keep everyday movement easier.
The goal isn’t only to train better. It’s to keep moving well.
Save this reminder. Your future self will thank you.

You can train hard and still miss the point.
Getting through the workout is one thing. Moving well, staying in control and understanding what you’re doing is another.
Sometimes the basics are what make the session work.
Train with purpose, not just effort.

A full body circuit is more than just doing exercises back to back.
This session includes 3 sets, with 4 exercises in each one:
- legs,
- upper body,
- cardio and
- core.
Each set is repeated for 3 rounds before moving on.
The idea is to train the whole body with a clear structure and purpose.
Save this & share it with someone you’d do this circuit with.

Training becomes easier to maintain when there is less standing in the way.
Less travel, less planning and less room to postpone. The coach comes to you, so the session fits more easily into your day.
