After 60, the aim isn’t vanity—it’s practical vitality:
Stand up from a chair without support
Climb stairs with confidence
Walk steadily without losing balance
Carry groceries with ease
Play with grandchildren without hesitation
Reduce the risk of falls
Prevent fractures
