Today we took our training outdoors and made the most of the summer weather! ☀️🌿
This session focused on Biken Jutsu (Japanese sword fighting), where we practiced movement, timing, distance, and control in a natural environment. Training outside adds a different dimension, challenging our awareness while connecting us with the traditional spirit of martial arts.
Thank you to everyone who joined and gave their best effort. We look forward to the next outdoor session!

A great day outdoors as our children's class took their first steps into Bo Jutsu! 🥋🌿
Today they learned the very basics of the 6-foot bo staff, focusing on safety, coordination, balance, and respect. A fantastic start to their journey—we're excited to see their skills and confidence grow!
