Fat to Fit is managed by Kevin Cauchi who spent these last 20 years working in the Fitness Industry, selling food supplements from his health shop, Body Masters.
Now he wishes to evolve and continue helping his clients to succeed in their fitness journeys. Hence, he opened a fitness studio for one to one personal training.
This fitness studio was specifically opened for those individuals who are overweight or never attended to a commercial gym who find it difficult to train around other people.
So, if you are shy, now you have your Gym at Home because here you will be alone with guidance only from your personal trainer.
Hours are dependent upon appointment and availability.
