We've been a bit quiet on facebook, so here's a quick update with some photos. It's been a great start to the season! The photos should explain it all 😃.

A great, long season comes to an end for me. This photo pretty much sums up the conditions we had throughout the whole of October and all the lovely people I’ve forged friendships with this year.

Looking forward to some rest, personal training and indeed 2023.

Hello friends 👋. Its been a while! I’ll write about why below but first swipe right to check out what we’ve been up to!

🧜🏻‍♂️ I’ve been teaching loads since the beginning of May and it’s accumulated on me. Not that I can can’t teach as I make sure to take a couple days off after. But the whole social media thing just goes outta the window! All I want to do is rest, eat and sleep when I get back home.

🧜🏻‍♂️ Needless to say, we’re past half way through the season and it has been amazing! The decision I’ve taken for longer courses is paying off through all the satisfaction I receive from my customers. Thank you everyone 🙏.

🧜🏻‍♂️ I’ll be taking two weeks off from the 16th august to recharge for September and October. Of course, some cheeky and lazy Variable weight diving for myself 😀.

🧜🏻‍♂️ October is filling up. For those who got in touch with me, I’ll be replying today for available coaching dates in October. For those who are interested, don’t sleep on it. October is definitely the best time to dive.

Melly started her Freediving journey with me and is the most dedicated student I ever had. She recently went for the months mentorship with Harry and is now back here, Continuously training.

- she joined my coaching last month. We improved and tweaked a few things and now she’s back for more. Ready to go deeper. Also dedicated to practicing the skills I gave her when she was away.
