Last Saturday, JKA Nakama was at the Association Training Camp organised by JKA WF MALTA. All the members trained very hard on Kihon, Kata and Kumite, including some fun exercises at the end 💪😁

Event was kindly sponsored by GO & FUN and Twistees Malta which enabled members to rehydrate their body all the while enjoying a snack.
