A little bit of what goes on behind the scenes when it comes to where ticket money actually goes.

Being able to fight locals is always cheaper and easier for everyone involved, but when you get to a level like Ahweafa, finding opponents starts becoming a lot harder. There isn't really anyone locally in her weight class who's close to her level, so more often than not she's got to fight foreigners.

That obviously means more costs behind the scenes, but I'm more than sure she sells seats. All of us love watching her fight.

I think we've found a new method, toss the crocks, give this a try. Really tests your balance

Off the Mats is back.

We didn't mean to take a break, we just got a bit too busy.

In Episode 4 I'm joined by , a professional fighter out of . We've known each other for a long time and I've always admired her skill, toughness and heart in the ring. In my opinion, she's genuinely one of Malta's best fighters and probably soon to be one of the EUs best.

In this first clip, I'm asking her what the shin pain is actually like as .uracs_mtb and I prepare for our semi pro debuts.

Here I'm teaching .snchzs how to move into elbows, another first for him, but he caught on quickly.

It's genuinely a pleasure teaching someone this enthusiastic and engaged. He listens, asks questions, gives things a proper go and actually wants to understand what he's doing.

If only more people were like him.
