It is with deep sadness that we bid farewell to our friend, fellow paddler, and former committee member, Luca Pace, who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly.
Luca was more than just a contributor to canoeing and surfski in Maltaโhe was a driving force, a visionary, and a pillar of our community. His passion, dedication, and countless hours of voluntary work helped shape the sport we all love today. Whether on the water, at events, or behind the scenes, Lucaโs presence was always felt, and his impact will live on for many years to come.
His loss is deeply felt across the entire paddling community. We are heartbroken.
To Lucaโs family and partner, we extend our sincerest condolences. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this incredibly difficult time. May you find strength in the love and memories you shared, and comfort in knowing how cherished he was by so many.
Rest in peace, Luca Pace.
You will forever remain part of our Surfski Shack and Malta Canoe Federation family.
