We’re excited to welcome Morgan Mitchell to F45 Sliema this weekend! 🇦🇺💙

Morgan is an F45 athlete that you see on our TV screens daily, a two-time Australian Olympian in Athletics, and a proud mum to one year old twins.
She continued training with F45 throughout her twin pregnancy and has since returned to elite athletics and winning races! She’s currently travelling through Europe for her athletics competitions, and while visiting Malta, she’ll be training with us in the studio.

You might spot her in:
📍 Sunday – either the 7:30am or 8:30am class
📍 Monday – either the 7:30am or 9:00am class

She’ll be joining the workouts alongside you all as part of her race preparation, so if you’re in one of those classes, be sure to say hello and give her a warm F45 Sliema welcome! 👋🏻🔥 #
