Our Benfica Football School Malta U9 team has returned from an incredible six-day experience at the Footmania Tournament in Portugal.

Throughout the tournament, our young players showed great determination, teamwork, and a real passion for the game. Every match was an opportunity to learn, improve, and grow - both as footballers and as individuals.

Beyond the pitch, the trip was filled with valuable life lessons. From becoming more independent and responsible to supporting one another every step of the way, the experience helped create memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.

A huge thank you to all our players, coaches, and parents for making this journey so special. Your trust and support continue to inspire us as we help develop not only better footballers, but confident young people.

Today we celebrate the 1st anniversary of the Benfica Football School Malta. It has been an incredible journey watching our young talents grow, not just as players, but as individuals, guided by the values and methodology of Sport Lisboa e Benfica. 🔴⚪️

A very special thank you to all the coaches who have been part of this project. Your dedication, passion, and commitment to the development of every child have been the foundation of our success since day one. Thank you for inspiring our athletes every single day!

Last weekend, our U5, U6, and U7 teams proudly took part in the Christmas Football Tournament organised by Siggiewi Football Nursery. 🎄⚽

It was a fantastic morning filled with football, fun, fair play, and smiles all around — exactly what youth football should be about. Even more special was the opportunity to contribute to a solidarity initiative promoted by the organising club, reminding us that football is also about values, respect, and giving back. ❤️

Thank you for the kind invitation — it was truly a pleasure to be part of such a joyful and well-organised ludic-competitive moment.

Last Sunday, our U9 and U10 teams took part in the Trophy of the Knights in Rabat — a fantastic opportunity for our players to challenge themselves and experience competitive football in a positive environment. ⚽🔥

The day was filled with great energy, team spirit, and plenty of valuable moments that will help our young athletes continue developing their game and confidence. ❤️🤍
