Our goal is to share with our students and friends our knowledge and passion in a safe and fun way. Everyone is different, and so is the way we teach. We adapt our courses to our students, not the other way around. We do not focus on numbers or depth, but on relaxation and on executing the techniques the right way. Our students progress faster and quickly reach depth and goals they think impossible. We offer freediving courses of all levels, from beginner to professional freediver/instructor. We also offer training, coaching, freediving expeditions to the best hideouts, underwater scooters, as well as Spearfishing courses and Safaris. Whichever course or activity you choose, you will get a professional and safe freedive experience with us. We are the only freediving school with education centers both in Malta and Gozo.

We are watching this almost every single day lately 🐟🐟🐟🐟
What you’re seeing here is a school of gilthead sea bream (known in Maltese as Awrata) cruising together and yes, there’s a story behind it.
After Storm Harry last January, several fish farms were damaged, releasing thousands of these bream into the wild.
The craziest part? We can get incredibly close to them because they were raised in captivity and they haven’t fully developed that natural survival instinct yet… which makes these encounters even more unique.
Freediving through them is something else… the movement, the density, the energy...

Meet the shallowest WWII wreck in Malta!
It was a British water lighter that is now resting on a slope, with her bow at just 5m and her stern down at 22m.
The magic of freediving here is that there are always surprises. This time, as we glide closer to it we found a sea hare casually making its way slowly across the wreck.
